• Finally ban discrimination against LGBTQIA people in housing, employment, and all other public arenas.

• Expand the rights of transgender, non-conforming, and intersex students.

• Fight against so-called "bathroom laws," which are offensive, mean, and violate our fundamental right to privacy.

• Draft and pass a Transgender Bill of Rights addressing the particular challenges of transgender, intersex, and gender-non-conforming people, including in prisons, the healthcare system, the immigration system, schools, and public accommodations.

• Work to reduce the staggering rate of violence against LGBTQIA individuals, especially people of color and sex workers.

​

• Return to using our foreign policy to advance LGBTQIA rights around the world.

​

• Allow ALL willing people to serve openly in the military.
